Terms of Use (EULA)

Kenji's Stack Tower (the "App") is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). The licensor is OOKI Games (Regionald Collins). The terms below add to the Standard EULA. If they conflict, the Standard EULA controls to the extent required.
Auto-renewable subscription: Season Pass
- The Season Pass is an optional auto-renewable monthly subscription that unlocks the premium reward track and its benefits while active.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically each month at the price shown in the App unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel at any time in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your device, or in your Apple ID account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- Any unused part of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies (reportaproblem.apple.com).
Virtual items, coins and Cosmic Capsules
Coins, capsules, outfits, skins, special blocks and other virtual items are a limited license to use within the App. They have no cash or real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, transferred or sold, and are non-refundable except as required by law or Apple's policies. We may change or rebalance virtual items. Consumable items lost by deleting the App may not be recoverable. Non-consumable purchases and subscriptions can be restored with "Restore Purchases".
Cosmic Capsule odds
Cosmic Capsules are paid items that contain one randomly selected item. Odds are disclosed before purchase:
Rarity tiers: Common 60%, Rare 28%, Epic 10%, Legendary 2%.

Duplicate outfits and skins convert to coins (Rare 300, Epic 700, Legendary 1,500). Pity rule: the 10th consecutive open without an Epic or Legendary item is guaranteed Epic or better (Epic 83.33%, Legendary 16.67%). Odds are also shown in the game before purchase (Shop > Cosmic Capsule > View full odds). Capsules are not available in some regions.
Ads
The App shows third-party ads, including optional rewarded ads. "Remove Ads" removes ads between runs. Optional rewarded ads stay available.
Conduct
Don't cheat, hack, reverse engineer or exploit bugs in ways not allowed by the Standard EULA.
