Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026

This policy explains how OOKI Games (operated by Regionald Collins, "we") handles information in the iOS game Kenji's Stack Tower (the "App") and this website.

What we do not collect

The App has no accounts, no login and no email sign-up, and we do not use an analytics provider. Your game progress and settings are stored on your device. Purchase information is shared with our purchase-validation provider, RevenueCat, as described below. We do not sell personal information.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App shows ads through Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). Google may collect and process, under its own policies:

This data is used for ad delivery, measurement, frequency capping, fraud prevention and, where permitted, personalized ads. See How Google uses information from apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.

App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

The App asks your permission through Apple's ATT prompt before the IDFA can be used to track you across other companies' apps and websites. If you decline, you will see non-personalized or less-targeted ads. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

EEA, UK and Switzerland

If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, the App uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request your consent before personalized ads are shown. Without consent, non-personalized ads may still use limited data for purposes such as fraud prevention and measurement, based on legitimate interests where the law allows. You can revisit your choices in the App's settings. You have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing and to complain to your local data protection authority. Because we do not hold data that identifies you, requests about ad data are best directed to Google, but you may contact us and we will help.

Purchases

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment details. Purchase records are validated through RevenueCat (see below).

Purchase validation (RevenueCat)

We use RevenueCat, Inc. to validate in-app purchases and subscriptions and to restore them (for example with "Restore Purchases" or on a new device). RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID generated by RevenueCat (not your name, email or Apple ID), your App Store purchase and receipt history (products bought, transaction dates, subscription status), and device and app information (such as device model, OS version, app version, country/locale and IP address). We do not send RevenueCat any custom profile attributes, and this data is not used for advertising or tracking. RevenueCat processes it under its Privacy Policy.

Crash reporting

If we enable crash reporting in a future update, crash and performance diagnostics (not tied to your identity) may be sent to our crash-reporting provider to fix bugs. This policy will be updated if so.

App updates and notifications

The App may download content updates from our update service, which sees standard technical request data such as IP address. Notifications are local only and generated on your device.

Children

The App is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will help remove it.

Data retention and security

On-device data stays until you delete the App. Data collected by Google and RevenueCat is retained under their respective policies. To ask about or request deletion of purchase data linked to your anonymous ID, contact us at [email protected].

Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new "last updated" date.
